By accessing or using Cooltimedia-Pipeline, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our data synchronization services.

Cooltimedia-Pipeline provides a technical bridge between Instagram Graph API and Google BigQuery. Our service facilitates the automated extraction and loading of social media metrics for analytical purposes. We do not provide data consultancy or legal advice; we provide the infrastructure for data movement.

• Account Ownership: You must own or have legal authorization to access the Instagram Business accounts and Google Cloud projects you connect to this service.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when configuring your connectors.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Our service relies on APIs provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google Cloud. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms:

• Meta Platform Terms: You must comply with all Instagram and Facebook policies regarding data usage.
• Google Cloud Terms of Service: You are responsible for any costs or policy violations within your BigQuery instance. We are not responsible for changes, service interruptions, or data losses caused by these third-party providers.

• Our Platform: All software, code, logos, and designs related to Cooltimedia-Pipeline are the intellectual property of its creators.
• Your Data: We claim no ownership over the data you synchronize. The metrics and insights belong to you or your clients, subject to the terms of the platform from which they were sourced.

Cooltimedia-Pipeline is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from the use or inability to use our service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these terms or engage in activities that may harm the platform or other users.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
